11月26日 アウトドアイベント「ゆらてん」が終わりました!

November 26 The outdoor event "Yuraten" is over!

The other day, November 26th (Sat), our first outdoor event "Yuraten" ended!

Hello!

Long time no see!

I'm YURAGIOUTDOOR Kanji! It's a feeling!

The other day, November 26th (Sat), our first outdoor event

"Yuraten ~ Camping, Bonfire and Coffee ~"

has ended!

This time, I will leave a review here for future events.

To put it bluntly. . .

A lot of camping talks with customers at YURAGIOUTDOOR

no i want to go camping

Let's have a camp off party and go camping together

Garutenbi Coffee "Why don't we make it an event?"

An unnamed campsite, "You can use our house!"

YURAGI & Garutenbi “Let’s invite a coffee shop and have a bonfire and coffee event!”

Something like this!

So this was decided a month before the event...

What should I prepare for an event?

I was in a hurry, but with the cooperation of Mr. Kimura from the campground and Mr. MIYA from Gartenbi Outdoor, I managed to make it to the day!

A total of 50 campers gathered and it was a very fun event.

I was worried about the weather because it was held in the second half of November, but I managed to endure it. . .

(Though it fluctuated a bit on the way.....)

Have a campfire or

Rock-paper-scissors competition,

Delicious baked sweets, coffee, spice curry, etc.

The scones are crazy,,,

Chatting time with everyone around the bonfire...

There are also baked sweet potato sales, mask strap workshop TK iron plate demonstration sales, etc.

I'm thinking that this time I'll be able to do the 2th in the spring!

and here...

Let's write down the points of reflection!

Let's write down the aspects of management that don't show up too much!

(Kanji on the left, MIYA on the right)

・Short preparation time

→ Start preparing at least three months in advance.

→ We will contact the parties concerned as soon as possible to inform them of the details and work together!

- Poor notification method

→ Give a brief and easy-to-understand announcement

→Increase the frequency of Instagram updates (and even faster!)

・Was it difficult for non-guests to come?

→Although the leaflet said "Admission is free!", it may have been difficult to participate only on the day of the camp because of the accommodation fee for the camp.

→ There weren't many hands-on activities such as mask strap workshops...?

・I want to create more opportunities for communication

→So-called "banquet curtain" I wanted to create a place where everyone could gather together with chairs and drinks, and create a place where campers could connect with each other...

→Since we had a campfire, it would have been better if we had guided them so that they could come and see it more casually, and spend time nearby (although there were several people around... )

・ It's a bit cold for the event to be held in the latter half of November

→ Not everyone has winter camping gear. .

→ Held in more comfortable seasons such as spring and autumn!

Well, it was a lot of fun, but there's still room for improvement...

I know that some of you may have come all the way here but felt alienated or couldn't really enjoy it, so I want to make it even better!

First of all, I want to do my best at events without neglecting the store as an "outdoor shop"!

And I want to have a simple “camp off party”!

Because I love connecting people through camping and coffee ! ! Because it's Chuki! !

Thank you all for your continued support!

see you!

I will update my blog more frequently~~
